Death Note, again

My favorite characters always die.

ETA: Mello has the deepest voice I've ever heard chosen for a 15 year old boy.

ETA2: Mello is going to die.

ETA3: This anime has successfully killed off every character I liked.  Well, I like/appreciate most of the characters, but the ones I get attached to, I mean.  And yes, so far, Death Note's got a 100% Death Rate of my favorite characters.  Even the random motorcyclist thief chick.  I repeat: Mello is gonna die.

He died.  It was a crappy death scene too.  A crappy death one-second still anyway.  No scene involved.

Figures.

It's the cause of death that annoys me most.  You'd think he deserved to die by a worthier cause than that, or at least to die by a much better scheme on Kira's part.
