2. (spoiler) Ando got his red lightning thing, but it's a super-charger power, which is how Daphne traveled in time to save Hiro.
3. I want to marry Matt Parkman.
4. Sylar is seriously fucked up in the head. For that matter, Angela is too. So is Nathan.
Overall: It was alright. There was one OMG!GENIUS moment that made me cheer out loud and clap. It was brilliant and needs to be seen. Let's just say it involved Hiro and him doing something AWESOME. Hopefully the next volume is better...
But it's already looking up because WORF IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. THAT CANNOT END POORLY. XD
I've never watched any Star Trek, though I've been thinking about watching is for my geek fix one of these days. Got a particular starting point to recommend?
(What IS a Klingon? ...And my spellcheck recognizes it too. Gotta love our modern age.)
Vulcans are the ones with the pointy ears and eyebrows. Like Mr. Spock, the most famous Star Trek face ever. Romulans are the same, but originally evol.
Hm. Just tried comparing Vulcans and Romulans. One will be the Race of Ears, and the other will be the Race of Eyebrows. Didn't Zach Quinto act Spock? Then I'd say that the Vulcans must be the Race of Eyebrows.
They are, but it's really the ears for them, too. One brow must be quizzically raised every now and then, too. Romulans are the feeling ones, Vulcans totes all about logic. Vulcans don't lie (supposedly), Romulans can.
Did the episode get your stamp of approval? If not, I may just wait until after my last exam to watch it. It'd only be some... 36 hours extra of a wait. =\
Argh. Really? I thought he was mostly just considered slightly stalkerishly creepy due to not exactly putting the Daphne-future aspect I've read spoilers about to her in a more subtle or smart way. As in, that he was considered quite nice, but not too quick, or whatever. Besides, the other Heroes spoiler-posting-person on my f-list ships Hiro/Ando/Daphne, so Matt gets sidelined in any case.
Hey, I'm still in Finland. They haven't even shown the second season on TV here yet. I've seen bits and pieces of it and have all but 1-2 epis of that I think. I just have too many fandoms and tried to postpone watching it when attention was elsewhere and nobody was talking about it. Now I just want it again. And will obviously end up talking about it two months too late, when nobody else gives a toss anymore, typically enough.
I'm in denial about having two Matt icons. And occasionally wanting more, as per flow of fannish interests. Somebody spoil me properly somewhere, please.
Er, it looks very complicated with several links per episode? Need to go to bed soon, and I gather it's easier to wait until get my new place set up with Net next year. I flare up quickly, then see next ooh shiny and rush after that, so I imagine Matt-love can wait a while. You're the ones who'll suffer from it when I do get to see the episodes next year. Tonight I've managed to run in 3 directions fandom-wise, and that's not counting ASOIAF. Thanks for the link in any case, I'll try to keep it in mind for future poking around.
Am not quite in Turku either, btw, even when at "home" before the move. *vague, avoids pinning down, especially in public posts, the horror of horrors*
Somewhere in Finland then, clearly. :P And don't worry, I seriously doubt your stalkers will check my blog to dig up your secret lair.
There's just a link to each video that someone's uploaded online. Any link will do, though some may have higher quality (the difference isn't usually big enough to bother checking all of them). I prefer watching vids hosted on megavideo, but that's because I have a paid account there, though the quality is usually better there.
In other news, I just got the second season as a random Christmas present from a friend (they got it from Amazon by accident and didn't want it). :) Hooray free stuff!
It took me half the season, but then I just wanted to GLOMP him. Couldn't help it, dammit. He makes me go awwsquee. And I seriously don't normally. *goes hide somewhere*
Plus it spreads, since the type seeps in subconsciously, leaning toward similar types in other series these days, too.
