History midterm
Mar. 1st, 2010 04:15 pmI was a little tired for my history midterm (I wrote that steel is essentially the metal equivalent of Chuck Norris at one point before realizing my tone had slipped into stupid AIM chatter rather than semiformal), but it was relatively easy, so I figure I did well enough, though I'm not sure what I consider well enough for this class. My biggest concern is that my essay was a bit messy since I massively underestimated how long the rest of the exam would take me, so it's a stylistic disaster.
Hilariously, me and the girl I randomly sat next to in politics, the class before history, was studying for the exact same midterm during class. We found this amusing. I have no clue what went on in politics, which kinda sucks, because I really like the class, but we're still talking about deception and detection--apparently at one point, Serbia totally fooled America at some point and we bombed a bunch of their cardboard dummy tanks. Sometimes, my country really cracks me up.
