I have accomplished nothing this weekend beyond reading a tiny bit more of Coraline--which was a thoroughly awesome experience because I actually understood a lot of it.  It's a lot like being a little kid again, where I'm still learning half the words and the reading itself is just as much an adventure as the story.  I'd forgotten what that was like.

On the downside, I have not written my application essay (though I've got plans for it, so I'm not too worried about that), I have not started studying for my Hungarian midterm on Tuesday, I have not caught up at all on my biology coursework, though I did, in fact, do a remarkable impersonation of a useless lump.  Well done, me, well done.

You know... that's how I feel whenever I read something in Hungarian. No problems or at least not that many with the grammatical structure of a sentence but the words... am using a dictionary most of the time. Why does learning vocab. always takes so long? *whines* But awesome to hear you understood quite a bit. And the other stuff will get done at one point or other, don't worry. I believe in you! ;P

Aw :D. I'm glad Coraline--or any book really--can still be that kind of experience. Sounds like fun.
