Yes. Kinda. I haven't seen the finale, but he almost killed Sylar. Well, he did. Sylar just kinda came back.
Otherwise, well, most of the characters have been pretty stagnant throughout the season. It was pretty obvious that they're trying to clean up the mess of loose threads they left in Season 2.
